I was talking with a friend with his business.
He’s frustrated with his staff and with the progress, his business is making.
No one seems to listen to what he says.
No one seems to respect each other.
I’m not sure what to do.
We continued our chat for a bit and then—I had an epiphany.
I knew he wasn’t going to like it.
But, what the heck I thought…

Your staff is just a reflection of your leadership.
As a small business owner—your business is just an extension of you.
It’s not until your company has a small management team that your behaviors and habits start getting flushed out of your business.
And so there we sat.
