Recently we’ve installed more than a few cloud phone systems.

As I work with clients one of the areas where I regularly find a cost savings opportunity is with their phone system and phone service.

Here in the South Florida area, there’s a lot of old school phone systems.

It’s not uncommon to see a phone system that’s 10 years old in a client's tech environment.

I get it.

It’s not something a business thinks about.

You pick up the phone.

You make a phone call.

Done.

Outside of that your accounting department just pays the phone bills.

Take a look at how much you’re paying for your phone service.

Chances are it’s a decent amount.

With the businesses, I’ve worked with just this year.

The cost savings are in the hundreds of dollars per month.

Which translates to thousands of dollars per year in savings.

If they just do one thing.

Switch to a cloud-based phone system.

But beware…

Not all cloud-based phone systems are the same.

Choose the wrong one and you might just pay more then you’re paying now.
