I was in a conversation the other day where someone said…
If money was not a barrier.
Given the option.
Most people would hire IT internally.
He then went on to talk about comfort level, familiarity and trust.
It was an interesting conversation and so here we are.
Given the choice, if money was not a barrier to entry would you hire IT internally?
Shoot me an email.
I’d love to hear your thoughts on this.
Here’s my take on this.
Living our lives based on “if’s” is not a good practice.
The reality is that we have created the world around us.
Our choices are ours.
A small business can afford what they can afford.
Your business model should direct your staffing choices.
The fact of the matter is this.
Most small businesses today don’t need an internal IT resource.
What they need is a well-thought-out IT environment.
One that is efficient and allows its users to operate in the most productive manner.
With the apps and services available today running an efficient and productive IT environment is achievable.
You can be a modern business.
All it takes is a little effort on your part.
And a good IT company in your corner.
Get your tech right.
