About eight days ago something happened that caused me to stop Bullet Journaling.
Not sure what it was - but the journal sat on the desk unopened for eight days.
I continued everyday working along with little to no focus on the days activities.
Did I get something done?
Actually, I got a lot of stuff done.
But that’s not the point.
The point is that I lost focus.
Yearly and monthly goals were left by the wayside as life moved on.
So this morning at about two hours after my morning ritual the realization hit!
I realized - I hadn’t written in my Bullet Journal.
So I opened it up and looked at the last entry.
Damn… eight days gone!
So I dusted myself off and back I went.
I mapped out my day and committed to sticking to the plan.
The use a Bullet Journal plan that is.
I still don’t know what happened.
But I know that I’m back on track.
Using a Bullet Journal helps me focus.
It helps me to know where to go next.
And it helps me stay on plan.
