Is Your Tech Responsive?

I met with a prospect the other day that told me they had to wait 4 days to get a new user account set up.

Yep. 4 days.

Nuts!

It gets worse.

This was an improvement from their former IT provider who only came in once a week for a few hours.

Imagine having to wait 4 days to get a new employee added to your systems.

Imagine only having an IT provider show up once a week and having to hold all of your requests until they got there.

Sounds crazy doesn’t it?

In this day and age it’s hard to fathom why anyone would accept this level of service.

Seriously.

This is nuts.

Modern businesses move quickly and your business needs rapid tech response.

Having someone waiting around for 4 days or even a week is completely unacceptable.

Your business deserves more than 2nd or 3rd rate computer support.

You need an IT company.
