I'm on my way to meet with a client tomorrow.
I'll be meeting with a client regarding collaboration apps.
Here's the scenario.
They have offices located in 3 different countries.
Currently, they are staying in touch throughout the day via a pinned up conference call using Skype.
They leave the Skype lines up all day to share communication.
They have a very rapid business and need to be able to communicate as quickly as possible between between the multiple countries.
So how do you solve a problem like this?
How do you keep everyone on the same page at almost near real-time to collaboratively move their business forward?
Well, we're going to look at some collaboration apps.
Collaboration apps can do things like instant messaging, voice, video and document sharing in real time.
The key is really to find the right one.
How do we find the magic app?
Well really it boils down to understanding the requirements and then matching the best suited app to those requirements.
Along with that making sure we satisfy things like ease-of-use, uptime, reliability and performance.
Hopefully we’ll pick winner.
